Amish White Bread

Amanda, I like to use the Amish White Bread recipe from allrecipes.com. I think it has way too much sugar though, so I usually use half of what the recipe says, and I like to throw in a teaspoon of dough enhancer sometimes too. It is really good!

What does bread enhancer do?

It just gives it a nice texture and crust. It also acts as a preservative, so your bread lasts a few days longer.
